This report must cover your research, your planning and your final pitch and treatment. It should be at least 900 words in length, though there is no upper limit to the number of words. Each section needs to be at least 300 words.
It must be word processed and uploaded to your blog by 10 a.m. on Monday 5 D. You may include images and weblinks in your report. Writing guidance- Book Design project The following questions should guide your writing in each section, but you could include other points as well. Part 1: Research What research did you do?What other books did you look at and where did you find them? (e.g. web, books, magazines, libraries, etc)
Choose one or two to discuss in some detail, including how design, fonts, colours and imagery are used. Part 2: Planning your Illustrations What stages did your planning go through?
What sketches did you do and how did you alter your ideas as you went along?
What were the techniques and effects that you used in your final designs?
What feedback did you get on your early ideas?
What were the main influences on your final design (including other illustrators that interested you)
Part 3: The Pitch and Treatment
